Small Fry celebrated his 4th birthday this month! It’s hard to believe he is 4 years old! He just had his check up at the doctor’s and everything looks great. When we adopted him he was not even on the growth charts for height, and just below the 10th percentile for weight. He is now at the 25th percentile for both. He’s still a little pint sized, but I will take it! I really do believe that he will continue to catch up over the next several years.
His speech has come so far…. the doctor said he clearly understood all that he said. He is speaking in multiple sentences and understands everything. He’s even able to tell on his brothers now… such a joy for this mama! LOL!
Small Fry had a Thomas the Tank engine party and loved it! He loved all the Thomas attachments we got for his train set. (Two expansion bridges at a consignment sale for 1/3 of what they would normally cost!) But his favorite gift was a Thomas the Tank Engine toothbrush. Oh and his Thomas playhut tent. That thing has been a great place to hide and read books or play with his stuffed animals. He’s looking forward to his baby brother coming and playing in the tent too. (We’ll see how that goes… I’m not sure if at one year old, our little munchkin will be “into” the pop-up tent.)
Here are a few pictures from the birthday!

Happy Birthday, Small Fry! His looks are changing! He's losing that baby face look (*sniffle*), and looking more like a little man.
Happy 4th Birthday ( a couple days late)! Looks like he was having a great time.
When are you leaving to go pick up your youngest? I'm still praying for your family.
