The first leg of our journey we headed to a reunion with The King Fish's family. We arrived a day early so that we could celebrate Tiger Shark's birthday at a local amusement park. We invited our extended family to join us, and many did. It was a great day! My big boys (all three) really had a fantastic time.... our little Small Fry did well at the park and even road a few rides by himself. Here are a few photos of our Small Fry that day.

Jabber Jaw has also been fearful of rollercoasters and all things high up, until this trip. I'm not sure what changed or how the switch was flipped in him, but he is now a true RC lover. (As in rollercoaster lover). There is also this extremely high ride that basically takes you up in the air 251 feet, (practically to the clouds) and then releases you, so that you freefall 150 feet to the ground. (Seated of course). I could never do that and last year Jabber Jaw wouldn't ride one that was 1/2 the size at our amusement park down south. But you know what? He did it! I couldn't believe it! He looked so proud when he saw my shocked expression having heard he plummeted hundreds of feet in the air. Here is a photo of the ride, and his expression before the ride. I believe The King Fish said he was communing with God prior to lift off....

Afterward he was all smiles!
Here is a photo of the ride, and here is a photo of Tiger Shark actually strapped in and flying. The King Fish did this once when we were first married, and absolutely LOVED it. I personally thought he was nuts, but secretly admired his courage.... I guess the apple dosn't fall too far from the tree.

Yes, that is them in the photo below.... high up in the air.....

Here's a close up of Tiger Shark on the right and his cousins....

So much fun! Except I would NOT be doing that bungee thing! lol.
So much fun!! I did the sky flier with my sister and one of my neices in NC a few years ago - I LOVED it! The worst part is being cranked up, but once you pull the ripcord - it's the best feeling ever! Go boys!!!
